Old Brugs

Old Brugs

Old Brugs is a beautiful hand-moulded brick in shades of yellow to yellow-pinks. The bricks traditionally were formed by throwing clay into a mould which would increase the appearance of the typical irregular shapes and veins of old, hand-shaped bricks. This process is now done by machine, but still emulates the hand thrown look.

The texture of Old Brugs is lightly sanded, with white and blue-gray mortar residues, the matte look of the brick contains rounded / broken corners and edges. Together with the specific surface structure, this gives the appearance of recycled brick.
